How It Works
Over 8 weeks, your teen will work 1:1 with a trained coach in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Together, they will:
Explore challenges they’re facing (school stress, friendships, self-esteem, family conflict, risky behaviours).
Develop practical strategies for handling peer pressure, big emotions, and daily decisions.
Build confidence in their own voice, values, and strengths.
Set meaningful goals they can actually achieve.
Parents are also supported through check-ins, so you can better understand how to connect and support your teen during this journey.
