How It Works
Over 8 weeks, your teen will work 1:1 with a trained coach in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Together, they will:
- Explore challenges they’re facing (school stress, friendships, self-esteem, family conflict, risky behaviours). 
- Develop practical strategies for handling peer pressure, big emotions, and daily decisions. 
- Build confidence in their own voice, values, and strengths. 
- Set meaningful goals they can actually achieve. 
Parents are also supported through check-ins, so you can better understand how to connect and support your teen during this journey.
