At The Chrysalis Chapter CIC, we believe in,
Restorative and Preventive Support for Mothers and Teens
We offer compassionate, evidence-informed support designed to help mothers rebuild emotional well-being and guide their teens through difficult moments, before crisis deepens.
Our services are built around two key pathways:
Preventative support, helping families stay connected and resilient.
Restorative support, helping mothers heal and rebuild after a crisis.
We hold space through an intersectional lens, recognising the layered experiences of women from marginalised communities. Our work meets you where you are, offering not just support, but belonging, clarity, and room to breathe.
Coaching & Mentoring for Mums
Personalised support for mothers who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to support their teen through challenges such as self-harm, cannabis use, or school disengagement. We also offer mothers space to navigate personal life transitions around changing identity, perimenopause, and personal development, as their teens become young adults.
Coaching & Mentoring for Teens
A confidential space for young people to talk through challenges around stress, emotions, friendships, or confidence. We also offer mentoring to help teens explore their strengths, plan career pathways and navigate the transition into adulthood.
Restorative Workshops & Meet-Ups
Our interactive workshops and meet-ups bring mothers and teens together in safe, supportive spaces to share experiences, learn new tools, and rebuild their sense of self and community.
Workshops can also be delivered in partnership with schools, local authorities, or community organisations as part of preventative family wellbeing programmes.
Retreats
Restorative, gentle, and grounding experiences designed for mothers who need time to pause and reconnect.
Our retreats combine reflective coaching, creative expression, and mindful rest, supporting emotional release and renewal in beautiful, calming settings. Time away enables a deeper sense of self-awareness and peace. Mothers gain tools to rebuild confidence and purpose within a community of supportive women.
Courses & Resources
Deeper-dive learning for mums of teens, offering practical tools for parenting and personal growth. Our courses explore topics like resilience, communication, confidence, and navigating life changes — with options ranging from short free sessions to multi-week paid programmes, delivered online or face-to-face.
Book Club for Mums
A warm, face-to-face book club for mums who want to read, reflect, and reconnect every 6–8 weeks. We meet in London cafés to step out of daily routines, deepen conversation, and explore books that enrich wellbeing and perspective.
