The Chrysalis Chapter CIC

Navigating Life Transitions

healing has a ripple effect

healing has a ripple effect

A space for mothers to pause, heal, and rise, for themselves and for their teens.

The Chrysalis Chapter CIC is a social enterprise supporting mothers to strengthen their mental wellbeing, emotional resilience, and confidence so that they can guide their teens through challenges like self-harm, cannabis use, or emotional crisis with calm and clarity.

We exist to provide space, support, and strategies for women who are:

  • Parenting teens through emotional or behavioural challenges

  • Feeling burnt out, anxious, or disconnected

  • Struggling to find a balance between caring for others and caring for themselves

  • Seeking tools to restore stability, purpose, and peace at home

Through coaching, community programmes, workshops, and retreats, we help mothers rebuild their emotional foundations, strengthen family connections, and reduce the pressures on schools and communities.

At our core, The Chrysalis Chapter CIC is about:
Prevention – supporting mothers early, before crisis deepens
Restoration – helping families rebuild hope and connection
Community – reminding every mother that she’s not alone

  • The Wonder Woman

    Courage that pulls from within

Starts at the core of a dark hole

    Where love resides.

Here pulls something in the depths of

Existence and attaches to the loves

    Of thy lives.

Hence Wonder Woman comes forth to

Nurture and nourish the spirit of

    Hearts that beat with hers,

    Aligned as one.

She is the daughter, the sister, the wife,

The mother. She is a woman who

Embraces the cries she hears that pull

At the core of a dark black hole where

    Love resides.

MUMZI is our monthly meet-up for mums of teens. A safe, relaxed space to share, laugh, and learn from others who truly understand.

Come for honest conversations, gentle support, and a reminder that you’re not alone in this. Sometimes, just being in the room with other mums who get it can change everything.
